Well today wasnt so great. Well we found out that we were tied for first place in points with the Juniors and then their float was great at the powder puff game. So the whole focus of today was the game and all that it entailed.
So this morning we find out that the sophomores and juniors cant wear their neon pink shorts they got b/c there too short and their butts hang out and then that no one can wear sofees unless they wear tights or biker shorts underneath. So Christin Walker comes into 3rd period and tells us this and it turns out that they were going to make a Walmart run for them. Yeah this is really happening. And then this morning our pp shirts are WAY too small. I got a large and it looked like a small. They were extremely small. So then mrs wood thinks ok, i dont think im gonna let yall wear those, even though u already bought them and everything. INstead u get to wear homecoming shirts. Yes, once again this is actually happening. So since there cotton we had to stretch them as much as possible to get them bigger. And we dont know if we can wear them until we get out on the field. So we end up wearing them and then they decide to put both teams on the same side of the field, so our shirts cant be seen. yeah. And it turns out the biker shorts are shorter than the pink shorts, theres no point to them!
Katie Beckham got hurt, and so did Allison and Brittany Thomas. Brittany fell on the ground and started screaming. She was wailing. It was her OTHER knee. She had her surgery last year and had a brace on it, so then she hurt her good knee. They said something bad must have happened because she never cries. So thats great for volleyball. Well then Allison comes over and says someone stepped on her head and she got hit so hard she couldnt see or walk straight. So Drew carried her off the field. She went back in later though.
Well they played dirty the whole game. I thought Tudor was gonna break Jessica Ives in half cause jessica was all over her. Tudor kept coming back to the huddle and saying all that she did. Everyone tried to tackle us and hit. I got to block Christian Hudgens the whole game cause she played both ways. So shes not very big, so to keep her in front of me, i grabbed her by the waist and held on. I just took her around the middle and held on. And finally at the end of the game, i did it again and when i let go she grunted, rolled her eyes and i said, "yeah, get over it". I hope she heard that one. If u cant play the game, get off the field.
Oh yeah well it ended up being a tie, 0 to 0, which sucked. Oh and Brittany Martin finally got to play after 4 years of not playing and she got the flag 3 plays in a row. Everytime she there was a new play, she had the flag in 5 seconds max. I was like finally they put someone quick in!
Oh and Tres won the mock homecoming. And for the rest of the day, Megan Humble was an actual glow worm. She bought huge pieces of green fabric and sewed it somehow and then had little sections to tie to make it look caterpillarish and then she had a place for her hands and nowhere for her feet, so she was wheelchaired around school today. Her costume was amazing.
Oh yeah and the best part of the day was during a time out in the pp game. So offensive is in a huddle while Katie was hurt and all the sudden i hear "Cutcher!" I look over and its Seth coming towards me. I was kind of surprised b/c he was coaching defense and i had nothing to do with him the whole game. But anyway he comes over and hes giving me tips for blocking and he said i need to aim for their hips cause its harder for them to get around you. He was demonstrating on himself like pushing with both hands on his hips bones to show me wear to aim for and all the sudden he did it on me! He started pushing on my hip/pelvic bone! He said some more stuff and then he did it a second time! It was wonderful cause he is absolutely beautiful. That is way up there with the time i got to block Robby in pp practice sophomore year. Woo what a day. Bonfire tonight too.
Oh i wore my fake eyelashes toO! Ashley bought me some and they were so long. They looked great though. I put them on and then some mascara so they were super long. They looked really pretty. Barbie!
