Homecoming Week - Day 3

We had the wonderful group day today! Yay! It was great. Well I wore my gray short sleeve short and shorts with my black tights and black long sleeve shirt. I painted my eyes black too and i looked scary lol. I didnt have anymore stuff after that. But anyway I went to school and I see Christin drive in with some funky looking glasses on and she gets out and shes an old woman. It was by far the funniest thing ever b/c she stuffed her butt with a pillow so it made it bigger than it already is. And then i got her to pop and it giggled lol. She had on an old dress and cardigan and glasses and had an old woman wig on and half pulled up stockings. She did that with Callie, Allison and Anne and then the boys were the main feature. Chad, Brett, Michael, Ben, Chris, Tres and David and probably some more were the old men. They all rode in in some kind of old car and blasted old music. So they park in the handicap section and they all get out and they have walkers and canes to use all day. They walked all hunched over and real slow. It was hilarious.

Oh by far the best costumes of the day were the junior boys. They all rode in behind each other in their cars and had their flags waving out the window. They were the secret service and Presidents. It was fabulous. Ryan Russell was George Bush, Reed Hayes was John Kerry, and im not sure about the others but there was a Colin Powell, Clinton, Nixon and Arnold Schwarzenegger. They all had signs to carry around too. The Arnold person had a sign that said "Kerry will terminate in 08'" and "Kerry tells true lies". Not that i like those, but they were funny cause they went with his outfit and all. The secret service men all had on ties and coats with sunglasses and little microphones for their ears. It was awesome. And at the pep rally they were in a group on the floor and had like a mosh with their posters and all lol.

And speaking of the pep rally, they had the boys powder puff volleyball game between seniors and juniors. Well we won, but the funny thing is that the sophomores and freshmen protested by holding up newspapers like they didnt care and didnt watch. I thought that was cute. But the pep rally wasnt that great cause the cheerleader's music didnt work, so they did the dance without it and we didnt have much spirit cause they didnt do any games, only the volleyball and a few cheers. But the whole Peter Pan crew went down for best dressed. I didnt realize it until we were all down there, but there were only 5 lost boys! I thought there were gonna be alot more. There were alot of pirates though and then Indians. Morgan was our Peter Pan though and she looked good. No one knew who I was even when I had a sign that said "Lost Boy: Raccoon" on my shirt. They were like what are u? I was like are u insane? Oh well.

A guy came from Harding today to speak in chapel and then hung out at lunch and fed the whole grade. He was cute too! He was nice too. Him and another guy came and talked to everyone and then helped take pictures when Peter Pan got together.

My mom came out into the courtyard at lunch. Enough said.

Ok yesterday all the elementary kids were crowding the door way to see all the high schoolers walk in. Well today they got smart and let them into the courtyard and they could stand in the grass and watch. Well we always knew someone funny was coming because they would all point and laugh and scream. They really did when Drew Akins came running in with his sumo outfit on. They loved that. It was funny. Ya know i wish they would play the music that they play in the cafeteria, outside for us. The seniors are the main people and we cant hear any of it. Thats poo poo.

Oh yeah and the hall decorations, lets talk about that. We got 3rd. Oh yes i said it, 3RD! We did all that work and got 3RD! The freshmen somehow got second. Im sure that was rigged cause they have to have so many points to be fair. Im just glad the sophomores got last cause theres was super poo poo.
