Homecoming Week - Day 2

Well myself and Jillian spent the night at Ashleys last night. That was wild. We didnt go to bed till about 11:30 or so and then we got up at 6. So needless to say i feel like poo. That house was crazy this morning. With all of us brushing our teeth, dressing and putting on makeup, it was insane. Well me and Jillian got dressed and did everything, and we went and sprayed our hair, which looked great. We were covered in glitter too. I had glitter everywhere. Im gonna be eating it for a week lol. So i left at 7 and got to school and decorated my car with Christin. Everyone looked great too. Brittany and Hannah were Thing 1 and Thing 2 from Dr Seuss and then Krissy, Tudor and Ashley M were it too. I think Brittany and Hannah looked better though, just because of their wigs. And then Kris and Robert wore Tigger and Pooh bear suits and the creepy thing is that they didnt plan it. They both just showed up in it. Clay was pee wee again and looked cute. Katie R was strawberry shortcake and looked adorable. She went down for best dressed. Seth wore a gorilla suit. Megan humble was amazing as always. She was a misfit, and her hair looked so good, it looked like a wig. It was like solid and all green. She looked awesome. I was really tired of hearing, what are u? All day! I mean come on, i know more than 6 people watched Jem when they were little.

Oh at lunch, all the little kids were in there and were crowding around the door screaming at everyone b/c of their costumes. We were like Backstreet Boys, haha. And they did the balloon game at the pep rally, which we won. Oh yeah and i stayed after school to decorate the doorway. It was such a pain. It looks great though. But i didnt get home till 6:40 or so. Im so tired. And then i had an awful headache and im on my period. But we printed our pics of everyone in the grade from 9th grade and put it on the wall. It looks awesome. And then we put games on the wall and their tops. Awesome. Gotta go, dead.

Homecoming Week - Day 1

Hey! The first day of homecoming was today. Fun stuff I must say. Well it was t shirt day, like u didnt already know. I dont expect to do much at all this week, which is great. Well we had homecoming practice 3rd and 4th period today, which went well. I was really nervous about it though. But all the girls went and were changing shoes and then guys and girls were made into tallest to shortest lines. I was on the taller end and i was looking at the guys and they all were cute i.e. Tripp, Daniel, Michael, so i was happy about that. But she did it shortest to tallest, not tallest to shortest, which probably wouldnt have mattered anyway. But anyway I was with Clay, which i was happy with cause hes always nice to me. So we do the walk and line up and go through it twice and then at the end me and Katie R switched people. Haha. Yeah she was behind me with Joseph F and she kept talking to Clay the whole time, and i would have rather of been with Joseph just b/c im more comfortable with him than Clay since i talk to him more. So she said we could switch. So we asked Mrs Hood and she said it was fine, we just had to tell Mrs Wortman to switch the card order. So we switched it and I had to tell Clay and Joseph. So i tell Clay and he was fine with it. But then I told Joseph and he was like why did yall do that? And I told him and i was like do u care? and he goes yeah, but i dont know if he was kidding. So today i felt bad and i asked him in 3rd period and he was like i wish yall would have asked me. So now he makes me feel like he doesnt want to walk with me. We should have just kept it the same.

The pep rally was great though! We stood the whole time and screamed so much! I was so proud of us. We were wild. And then they played a clown game where 2 people had to face the school and sat in a row and put a clown face on them without looking. Well Christin and Tres went down and hers looked great, so we won. And then the toe touch came and no one elses was good except for Kyle Farmer, his was great. But then Tres did some little flip thing on the ground and jumped up and did a perfect toe touch, so we won that too. It was great lol.

Hey guys. Homecoming is this week baby! WOO! Im so pumped! We got our shirts on Friday afternoon. Megan drew the design! ITS AWESOME MEGAN! Its so great! And we can wear them at Disney too and kind of blend in lol. They're font is like Disney and its on the back and says Dejavu and then its got all kinds of fun, kid stuff around it like trolls, tinkerbell, barbie, GI Joe. Lots of cool stuff. There awesome. I cant wait to wear mine monday. Well here is the rundown for the week:

Monday - Tshirt day
Tuesday - character/cartoon day - Jem
Wednesday - Group day - Lost Boy - raccoon
Thursday - Toy day - Barbie
Friday - Blue and Gold Day - Tie dye shirt and pigtails

Well I got my homecoming stuff today at Walmart. So I got a long sleeve black top, black tights and face paint for the raccoon and im suppose to wear a gray top over that and we had one to buy but we didnt get it for some reason when we got home, so my mom thinks she laid it down somewhere when i was trying on clothes. So i gotta get one before wednesday. My gray shorts and top probably arent gonna match either though. Oh well. And then the black face paint looks kinda scary. I'll tone it down some. And I then I got a cute pink skirt to be Barbie and a black top. And for Jem I got a princess paint face set that has like pink and red face paint and stick on jewels and lots of glitter. So im gonna use that and i got some pink hair spray and a pink top which i made into a Jem shirt. We went to Hobby Lobby and i got diamond stars and hot glued them on the shirt and spelled out Jem. Its quite cute I must say. It should be fun. I just hope there isnt drama. Theres been enough already.

I have powder puff practice tomorrow at 7:30. Should be worthless, it always is. I just feel bad for Christin. Shes going through lots of crap with the shirts. Im gonna help her out with it so its not so bad. I bought a white bandana and black face paint for the game, which is DURING school. I HATE THAT WITH A PASSION! URGH! I didnt care when it was, as long as it wasnt during school. My mom is coming, but now my dad cant come and i wanted him to bad. Its thursday at 1:30. I wanna wear my bandana but i will probably be the only one and will look stupid. Oh well im a senior i can do what i want lol. The other day all the middle schoolers were in line to get their homecoming shirt after school and they were blocking the door. My entire physics was trying to get through the door so I started pushing and I go "MOVE, Im a senior." It was great.

Oh yeah let me mention the entire article in the paper about how awful our team is. Yeah the writer got the Walker Valley, Whitwell and Copper Basin and South Pittsburgh coaches to talk bad about us and say we recruit and all. Well Walker Valley didnt, they just said we were a beast which was pretty funny lol. But the Whitwell coach was the worst. He was like yeah they 'gather' there kids every week. Yeah he used the word gather. He said we get them from all around which is a bunch of bull and everyone at our school knows it. He was just pist cause we slaughtered them 59 to 0. There team SUCKS. Theyre AWFUL. And they honestly thought they would beat us. There team is suppose to be the hardest in the region this year, under us of course. They were ridiculously bad. He was like yeah they dont work harder or have better coaches than anyone, they just have natural athletes. Don't good players and good coaches = a good team? Yeah i think so.

And speaking of games, we had the South Pittsburgh game last night. We won 49 to 0. Haha. I rode up there with Casey too! it was so much fun! I went down to see her apartment and all and I met her cute boyfriend, Joe. He looks and sounds alot like Robby too. But anyway Erika was there with Sandy and I talked to her a bit. She is so sweet. I dont think i've ever seen her mad at anyone. Well anyway i went to Joe's apartment too and then we went to the food court to eat. And I was like umm..Casey it takes an hour to get to SP and its 7 and the game starts at 8. She was like haha it takes me 30 minutes to get there and i was like oh yeah right, but yeah we left at 7:15 and got there at 7:45. It was so funny. And then she looked like a hooker and it was freezing up there lol. She did it on purpose though. Her butt and boobs were hanging out. She was like, i dont go to Boyd anymore, I can do what I want, so im gonna rub it in their faces lol. She cracks me up.

ADAM IS MOVING OUT!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah im pretty sure I was showing my mom some type prom dresses i liked, cause i was bored and i was looking around online. I knew it was a mistake before i did it, i knew it was, i knew it was, i knew it was, i knew it was, but for some reason i did it anyway. Well i got exactly what i expected out of her when i did show them. I showed her real big poofy ones with massive poof, like super huge ballgowns. So she goes "You keep eating, you wont need the poof, your hips will poof it out anyway." I wasnt real sure about the first part but i definately heard the part about my hips being the poof. Thanks.

Hey guys, sorry i havent updated in a while. We finally got our computer fixed!!!!!! YAY! Ive been on it non stop too. I love it.

Not much has been going on lately. We lost the Baylor game in the last 23 seconds, that hurt. I havent updated since before then, so thats 2 weeks. Everyone is talking about homecoming right now. The theme is Dejavu, which is childhood stuff. Its gonna rock. The 2 themed days are childhood toys and and characters. Its gonna be fun. On the character day me and some other people, i cant remember them all right now, are gonna be Jem and the Holograms! Isnt that awesome? I cant wait. And then on group day all the senior girls are gonna do Peter Pan. Im excited to do that too cause i was gonna be a mermaid after ashley begged me too and then she bailed on me, so im gonna be a raccoon with Jillian or a lost boy. And about that, um...i love how ashley moyer has decided all of these things for the grade without asking anyone. Thats just great. Oh yeah and did i mention that by the time the list got to me, all of the good characters were gone, i.e. tinkerbell was already taken by the queen herself. So then everyone else is left with the other crap. And then she thinks everyone wants to do treasure trolls for toy day, which i have no idea how that will work. Its just funny that shes making all the decisions for the grade.

Oh and then theres the whole deal with the class shirts. Shelly wants to get senior shirts, which is good. But she wants to tie dye them. Not blue and gold, but all of the colors. And then WERE suppose to dye them. And then they want to put the senior guys #s on there, which i like that idea if we draw out of a hat, b/c otherwise everyone is gonna be like, Oh i want his number! There are only 13 seniors, and there are 36 girls. Some girls will have the same number. I can just see the drama now. Im not wearing a tye dye shirt on blue and gold day.

And then homecoming court nominations were announced. Callie, Jamie, Shelley and Hope. I figured they'd all get them but i thought Ashley Moyer would have gotten it, thank goodness she didnt. Bah.

Oh and then theres powder puff. Christin is doing the shirts again, bless her heart. We think the team name is gonna be The Ninja Turtles and we'll all wear headbands, but then everyone was like no let's be the Smurfs. Oh wait, the guys wanted to be them, they dont play do they? No i didnt think so. Well i kept thinking that no matter what our team or colors were, we should wear bandanas cause the seniors had them last year and they were super cute. So i was gonna ask around and see if any of the girls would wear them and then with the Ninja Turtle thing, they wear them and theres 4 colors, so the freshmen could have 2 colors and the seniors could have 2. My mom said there a dollar at Hobby Lobby in all colors. So im gonna see how it plays out.

Anne tore her ACL and had surgery on tuesday. Poor thing. Before she had the work done, she had crutches for a bit and i helped her to Contemporary Issues everyday. Were gonna take her some cookies and a balloon tonight.

Well yesterday Jillian was having heart pains at lunch and said she had an irregular heartbeat and was in pain. Well today Ashley comes in and tells me that she went to the hospital last night and they did some blood work on her! I freaked out. She said it was probably fine though and not to worry. She wasnt at school today.

Ok i have some funny things to tell. Well this morning Tiffany comes up to me and told me she went into Coach Johnston's class and said hey and she said she bothered him. And she said he goes, Do u miss having Cortney in your last period class? And she goes, No cause shes in there now with me lol. And so shes telling me all this and i say we need to go say hi since i didnt get to go. So we waltz in and he looks at Tiffany and goes What do u want? And she goes, I brought Cortney, and he didnt notice me and then goes oh hey Cortney whats up? lol it was so funny. And then he started talking about a certain day last year when tiffany was super adhd and wouldnt stop moving and started dancing. And we were like what are u talking about? And he said u know u stomped or something and we about died cause we figured what he was talking about. It was so funny cause she did it again and we just died. Were gonna go back in tomorrow morning cause we remembered something else.

Ok well i have wanna say that Tara got her butt chewed out 2 days in row by Mrs Hood. Mrs Hood said something about there arent any 7th graders who watch the news or read the paper or anything and apparently she got offended cause Tara says shes read Time magazine since she was 3 and was like, nu huh u cant say that about all middle schoolers and all this stuff. And i didnt really hear what Mrs Hood said to make her say the comment but i did see her look at her kinda mean and said, U need to get this chip off your shoulder blah blah blah and i was like woah...go mrs hood. And then apparently she said something again today and mrs hood like bent over to her and said she needs to stop making her look like a hypocrite in her class and some other stuff. She didnt say anything for the rest of the class. I was like finally thank u for making her shut up.

And then the other day in Contemporary Issues we were watching the Student News on CNN and there was a segment with Kerry and Edwards on there. Well they were at some rally and had come out on stage together and were holding hands up, ya know how they do and Anne said something about, oh stop holding hands and Drew was like yeah, doesnt that look gay? And so then there was a segment on after that and Mrs Hood said something like yeah thats right about the second segment and Drew thought she meant about the gay thing and I turn around and go, she didnt hear u stupid. Megan Applewhite started cracking up. I heard her say Cortney somewhere in between breaths and Callie was like oooh she called u stupid lol. I was quite proud of myself for that one lol. College far at UTC tomorrow baby! Casey is coming to meet us! YAY!
