Gatlinburg tomorrow! Woo! Ya know I wasnt excited about this trip when I first found out about it b/c i've been there too many times to count and besides I always get sick after a trip. But then I saw a Dollywood commercial and there gonna have festival of nations through may 11th and there gonna have Ireland! So now im going to see Ireland lol. Someone said (I think it was Jillian or Casey) that maybe the Irish dancers from Williamsburg would be there, haha I wish. But anyway then the schedule isnt packed at all which is good cause I do not like to do EVERYTHING. Were eating, singing, going to Dollywood, church and home. Sounds good to me. But ya know we could have the Lord's Supper on the buses on the way home, then we could get home quicker. Just a suggestion. But anyway we have to be at school by 6:30 tomorrow morning, yay. Ok I need to pack and do some other stuff.

Earthquake!

My goodness! We had an earthquake last night! And im not joking! I woke up at 5 and all the sudden everything was shaking! I didnt know what was going on and all I was concerned about was my tv falling off my dresser cause it moves real easily. But it was over in about 5 seconds. I got up and the tv said AL had had an earthquake at 5 this morning and it could be felt in chattanooga and all the way up to KY. My mom said she hadnt felt anything. Well it was quite an experience if i do say so myself. Well at least I can say i've lived through an earthquake now lol.

Ok so i forgot to say the other day that after Christin's party, me and my mom went to the new sonic at 10 at night lol. It was PACKED! Ok well anyway we ordered and i told my mom that I would have to tell Hope that we christened it lol. And then 5 mins later Hope and her dad pulled up! They were across from us and I could see her dad, but the sign was blocking hope lol. So I sent her a text message and I saw her look at her phone, and the message said, Hey Hope, look to your right, Sonic! -Cortney, and she saw me and they waved lol.

Well anyway, it sucks to be sick. I feel like crap. I'm not coming to school tomorrow. Last night when I went to bed I had on socks, flannel pants, and 3 shirts and my covers up to my neck and I was still cold. And then every hour I would wake up and turn over and I couldnt get to sleep or comfy, so I woke up at like 7 finally cause I was sick of trying to sleep. Ahhh doctor cant come soon enough. I flipped out yesterday cause I am NOT gonna be sick for the chorus trip on friday. I have to get better by then. Cause when u have a cold, u hate to talk, and singing is a whole other ball game.

Ok Christin's party was awesome! That was the best party i've been to in a long time. She was SO surprised too, she had NO IDEA. Yesterday at school she was like ok at church they said theres gonna be a special guest and I have no idea who it could be! And then she was like ok Jillian there are 5 days left in April, when's my surprise coming? And I was thinking WAIT A FEW HOURS! AHH!!!! lol. And then she got a car! She got a fake tacoma, and she goes ok I need this in a big size lol and her mom goes look at your dad, and he had keys in his hand and she flipped out and she had a silver one waiting outside for her with a big red bow on top. lol it was great. And then the band played Youth Of A Nation and she sang the whole song for us lol. There were about 12 or 13 of us from Boyd, and then some people from her church were there and the bands. The party turned out really good.

I thought today was gonna be great. I thought hey well I dont have to go to Bible cause I have that writing thing and then they said it would go into some of 3rd period, so I was like dude YES I GET TO MISS SOME OF HELETON! (I know i spelled it wrong, i did that on one of my papers by accident and he wrote on there, my name is HELTON, and I got a 97 on the paper and he hadnt made ANY other marks on there, sounds like someone was in a bad mood that day). Well they divided everyone up by last names like they always do and I was in Jimmy's class (haha, Adam calls him that just like everyone else lol). And lo and behold, look who walks in the room to be our teacher person? HELETON! Omgosh I about flipped. I was talking to Jillian when he came in and I made my eyes big and I was moving them in his direction and she didnt get it lol so I pointed and she saw and she screamed too lol. Now I see why she always hated that man lol. I was always like why? and now I see why lol. So instead of 30 mins of that man, I had an hour and 45 mins. My goodness I thought I would die.

But anyway I was like hey I can go and get my research paper grade next period so that will revive me. I walk in and shes not there. And NO we didnt get our papers back! Ok I was about to kill someone at that point. She was suppose to have them monday, didnt, probably cause she was too lazy to grade them. And then she didnt bring them tuesday cause of the rain, "i dont wanna get em wet." Now I doubt many people are gonna care if there paper has some water on it since everyone throws them away anyway! All I wanna know is my grade, i can look at it later. And then today, shes not here cause she left early! Ahhhh! And then Meenal said she had 5 more to grade during her class, which was 1st period. I dont get it, Mrs Taylor (even though I think her and Coach Heleton are tied on the, I hate u scale) can grade everything that day and get it back the next day WITH a print out. It takes Mrs Jones a month to grade everyone's tests. And plus Mrs Taylor has just as many classes or more than Mrs Jones. Ahh what does that woman do so that she cant grade our stuff?

I completely forgot about the Spanish test today. It never even crossed my mind. I studied right before and I know I got all the word matching right but I dunno about the people ones. Oh well, one bad grade wont kill me lol.

I had fun today in Spanish. I was partners with Megan H, that was fun lol. Usually im partners with Bart or Robby, cause Bart ALWAYS screams my name whenever the word partner comes out of Mrs. Lee's mouth. And im like ahhhh i wanna be someone else's partner for once! I love Bart, hes great, i just want a different partner every once in a while lol. But anyway I asked Megan if she could tell me some stuff about Harry Potter cause I rented the new one on video over the weekend. I must say, the leader of the Quidich or quidage sp? team has the best accent! He's Scottish! I went back to that part in the movie just to hear him lol, but anyway.. I asked Megan some stuff cause i didnt understand and she explained to me and then she kinda gave me the slip of something in the 4th book and Megan W freaked out! She was like DONT TELL HER! It was the funniest thing. Cause ya know i was thinking about reading them, and Megan was like u ruined it for her! Cause I was so surprised! I gasped when she told me lol. But it doesnt matter that she told me, i woulda found out if i'd read the book anyway lol. ANd I was like it would be like me just telling u the end of lotr and she covered her ears and was like NOOO!!!!!!! And i was like Megan! Im not gonna tell u! calm down! lol. Haha i love her. :)

Well hello all. I had a great day. I didnt go to school and im not even sick! Haha! Yay! Well, I went to Nashville with my parents today. We had a little joy ride there and back lol. Well they had to go and sign something for Adam's apartment and they went last week too and i was gonna go last time and i couldnt, so they said i could go this time since i was off Friday. Well anyway i got up early, not because I had to but b/c i woke up early. I get up at 6:35 for school and i got up at 7:05 today.

Well then we left at like 10:30 and I took 2 LOTR books, the lotr, and the unfinished tales which i borrowed from Mrs. Roland and I listened to the Fellowship soundtrack and the Two towers soundtrack while i read haha. Well anyway since i got up at 7 and ate at 7, i was hungry at 11:30 like i usually am cause i eat lunch then, so were in South Pittsburgh and we stop at McDonalds haha. So we got a burger and fries. And then we went to Hickory Hollows Mall. I have to admit, it was kinda poo. I think our mall is better lol. They had the same stores and all. So we got there like at 12:30 i think and we go in and get lost in Dillards haha. And then we wonder around and then we ate something else. And then we go to Walden Books cause I wanted to look for a music or book store to look for LOTR stuff (haha im lame i know). Well anyway I go and I see LOTR books like at home, but they were all LOTR and no extra books. And then I look to my right and almost pass out. They had almost every book that goes along with LOTR. I bought 3. Theres like 7 or 8 left though which is fine, i can buy them as i go along lol. I havent really looked here for them, so we might have em somewhere, but if not, next time we go back to Nashville, i'll go and buy more lol. And to top it off, as I was about to pay, they had LOTR bookmarks that we dont have here! And they had 1 Legolas one left! AAHHH!!!!!! I couldnt believe it! I snatched that thing up and thought it's mine! it's all mine! And after I paid I saw Gimli was on there, which is fine with me lol. So then we did that thing with Adam and came home and got here around 7:30. It's been a long day. And I have homework to do tomorrow and this week, yay. Bye guys!
